Boat, 150hp Outboard, 18hp kicker, and heavy duty trailer in Comox, British Columbia

I am selling my 16 foot fibreglass boat with new upholstery, 150Hp outboard, 18HP trolling motor (with spare prop), and a heavy duty home made box frame trailer with brand new LED submersible tail lights. I have been having a little trouble with the 150hp. I don't know too much about boat engines and can't really explain what it needs. It starts up but in the water it can't get up to speed. If you know your way around an engine or could get it going then this is a phenomenal deal. The engine has recently gotten new spark plugs, distributor, coil pack, starter motor, and had the carburetors cleaned. I will also throw in all the rope, safety kits, anchor, and paddles.
